|Hand-harvested clusters of Trnjak were chilled before removing the stems and partial crushing of berries. After cold maceration of a few hours , free run juice was transfered for settling. Cold fermentation was under controlled conditions with maximum focus on the preservation of freshness and varietal aromas of Trnjak. Upon completion of fermentation, the wine is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks before bottling .
