Delivery method

Internet webshop VINOGRADI NUIĆ (www.vinogradinuic.com) sends its products via the courier service , which delivers the ordered products to the address specified in the user registration.

In case the courier cannot deliver the goods (there is no one at the given address) the buyer will be contacted via the phone number he left during the order to agree on the time and manner of picking up the package.

Delivery date

The delivery time of the package to your address is from one to four working days, and in most cases the package will arrive the next day.

The right to cancel the purchase, return the goods

The buyer has the right, within seven (7) days after receipt of the goods, to return the purchased goods without compensation. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in returning the goods (delivery costs).

The products must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. The original invoice with a letter on the quantity of returned goods and the user’s transaction account (bank account number and bank name) must be attached in order for the refund to be made.

VINOGRADI NUIĆ will return the total amount without delivery costs no later than 15 days from receipt of the goods.

VINOGRADI NUIĆ is not obliged to receive a consignment with a ransom or consignments that do not correspond to its general business conditions.
