|Hand harvested clusters of Blatina, Trnjak i Alicante Bouchet were chilled,destemmed and col d soaked for couple of hours and then fermented in stainlees steel controlled tank.After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with spontaneous malolactic fermentation.Upon completion of malolactic fermentation wine was aged in 500 liter oak barrels for 12 months .Wine is minimally filtered, bottled and stored for additional 3 months before release.
