|Winemaking||Hand harvested clusters of Cabernet Franc were chilled,destemmed and cold soaked for couple of hours and then fermented with own yeasts in stainlees steel tank with add of honey from Hercegowina.After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with spontaneous malolactic fermentation.Upon completion of malolactic fermentation wine was aged in barrique barrels for 2 years.Wine is minimally filtered, bottled and stored for additional 1 year before release.|
