|Winemaking||Hand harvested clusters of Merlot were chilled, destemmed and cold soaked for couple hours and then fermented in stainlees steel temperature controlled tanks. After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation wine was aged in stainlees steel tanks. Wine is bottled and stored for additional 3 months before release.|
