|Winemaking||Hand harvested Syrah grapes were delivered to winery, chilled, destemmed and then fermented on 24 C. After alcoholic fermentation and maceration, free-run juice was transfered in stainless steel tanks where it continued with spontaneous malolactic fermentation.Upon completion of natural clarification wine was transfered from the lees and aged in barrique barrels for 24 months. Wine is minimally filtered, bottled and stored for additional 6 months before release.|
