|Winemaking||Carefully selected the best clusters of Žilavka are picked early in the morning and whole cluster pressed. After cooling and settling, juice was exclusively fermented with natural yeast. Towards the end of fermentation, part of the wine (30%) was transferred to a Bosnian oak barrels (500 l). Wine was kept on fine lees for six months before fining and blending. Wine was bottled and released after additional two months of bottle age.|
