Winemaking | The best clusters of Trnjak are carefully harvested in morning hours. After crushing and destemming crushed grapes is transferred to stainless steel tanks to controlled fermentation. Upon completion of the alcoholic fermentation , malolactic fermentation is what followed and then wine was transferred to barrique barrels. After 13 months, the wine is bottled with minimal filtration with further aging of 3 months . |
