|Carefully selected, the best clusters of Chardonnay, are hand-picked in the early morning hours. After a cold maceration squeezing obtained grape juice is cooled and left overnight to settle down. The must was extracted from the precipitate and followed spontaneous fermentation in a temperature controlled stainless steel tank. Near the end of the fermentation, part of the wine was transferred to wooden barrels of Bosnian oak volume of 500 l. After fermentation, the wine is matured on its own, fine wine lees for 6 months.
