Winemaking | Hand harvested fully mature and healthy grapes were chilled, destemmed and cold soaked for two hours and then fermented in stainlees steel tank on a controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with malolactic fermentation. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation wine was aged in stainlees steel tank later wine is minimally filtered and bottled. Wine aged for additional 6 months in bottle. |
