Winemaking | The grapes of all 7 varieties were picked by hand at optimal ripeness and, with additional selection on the sorting table, processed in the shortest possible time, separately vinified and matured in barrique barrels. After maturing in barrique barrels, the wine was put into a stainless steel tank where it was aged for an additional 10 months, after which it was bottled. After 6 months of maturation in the bottle, the wine was put on sale. |
