Winemaking | Hand harvested fully ripe and healthy grapes were chilled, destemmed and cold soaked for couple of hours and then fermented in stainlees steel controlled tank. After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with malolactic fermentation. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation 35 % of wine was aged in barrique barrels 9 mohts later wine was blended and aged for additional 6 months in stainlees steel tank. Wine is minimally filtered and bottle. |
