Winemaking | Hand harvested clusters of Merlot were chilled,destemmed and cold soaked for couple of hours and then fermented in stainlees steel controlled tank.After alcoholic fermentation wine continued with spontaneous malolactic fermentation.Upon completion of malolactic fermentation wine was aged in barrique barrels for 13 months .Wine is minimally filtered, bottled and stored for additional 3 months before release. |
